Work out your repayments.

An indicative figure, not a quote.

How to read it

A guide to what repayments might look like from the numbers you give it: not a quote, and not what a lender will approve.

The rate
The starting rate is only an example: home loans re-fix every one to five years at the rate of the day.
The term
A longer term lowers each repayment and raises the total interest. The two totals under the figure show that trade-off.
Frequency
Weekly or fortnightly repayments trim the total interest a little: the balance comes down slightly sooner.
What is left out
Fees, rate changes, and the lender’s own test: they assess you at a higher rate and count your living costs, so they usually approve less than this figure suggests.
Next step
When it looks workable, apply or talk to us. We check it against lender criteria first.
